  3. En la licuadora agrega 1/2 taza de caldo de pollo, los 5 jitomates tatemados y chile chipotle a tu gusto (a mí no me gusta picoso así que solo uso 1 cucharada.) 1/2 cucharadita de sal. Muele bien.
  4. En una olla pon suficiente aceite y cuando esté bien caliente saltea la cebolla y pasado un par de minutitos agrega el ajo, sigue salteando hasta que la cebolla esté transparente y suave.
  5. Agrega la salsa y el pollo deshebrado, tapa y deja sazonar 5 min.
